Refund and Shipping Policy
We accept the Returns in the following reasons only:
1. The Product is Dead on Arrival.
2. The Product is Faulty.
3. Customer Received a Wrong Item.
In the above mentioned case, Customer have to contact us immediately via Email, Phone or Contact Form
and fill up the Return Form
for faster processing.
1/We do not accept refunds and exchanges.
2/ Incase of unsatisfaction over the quality (in case of Assam Silk Products), colour and size of the products or the Wrong Products delivered, the customer needs to contact us immediately at the phone number, address or email id mentioned in the contact us page. However we may not refund him the money.
3/ Since we don not use the Cash On Delivery (COD) mode of payment, so the payments will be charged before dispatching the goods. We will refund the money to the customer if we fail to deliver the product due to unavailability in our stock even after taking an extra time of seven working days than the time mentioned during checkout.
Your Purchased Products will be shipped by the third parties courier services. Currently we are shipping our products through DTDC and Speed Post in India and FedEx, DHL Courier Service for International Customers. You will be informed about your product shipment details through Email or SMS. You can also Track your Order Status by providing your registered email and order id.
Normally, Product dispatch from E-BOZAR will be done within 10-18 days (excluding Holidays) in case of "Ready for Order" products and 3-5 days in case of "In Stock" products. Your purchased products will be shipped through Third Party Courier services. Free Shipping will be done through Speed Post (India Post) service only. We request the customers to Track their Shipment contineously, after we provide the Tracking Code. Shipping may be delay for any kinds of Bandh, Natural Calamaties or any other Misfortune. You will get informed through Mail.
